Originally from New Zealand and based in Toronto, my long bike rides into the vast beauty of Southern Ontario fuel my creative vision. 

I draw inspiration from Canada's rich art history as I focus on light and shadow in my works. By using the alla prima technique both en plein air and in the studio I allow subconscious decisions to flow through my paintings.
